The seminar began with a tour of the House of Parliament in George Town. The dinner, seminar and breakout sessions took place at Deloitte, Camana Bay. The evening’s session ended by a debrief at Union Grill, Camana Bay.
The seminar provided a unique opportunity to learn about the rich tapestry of leadership that has shaped, and will continue to shape, our beloved Cayman Islands. The topic of “Past, Present and Future Government Leaders in the Cayman Islands” will provide participants with the opportunity to reflect on the lessons of history, understand the complexities of our present, and envision a prosperous and sustainable future for the Cayman Islands.
The seminar’s objectives were to offer the Leadership 2024 class valuable insight from past, current, and future Government officials, expounding on various challenges faced by government, and the strategies used to address them. From policy making to ethical decision-making, this seminar is meant to provide participants with the opportunity and platform to gain valuable insight and knowledge of the inner and outer operations of the Cayman Islands Government.
