WHAT ARE THE APPLICATION CRITERIA?
Prospective applicants for the Leadership Cayman programme must meet three entry requirements. Applicants must:

Be at least 25 years of age by January 1 of the programme year

Resided in the Cayman Islands for a minimum period of 1 year

Be in a middle-management position or higher at current place of employment

Payment of KYD $75 non-refundable application fee
Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered for the programme.
